A non refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure booking for any anti-wrinkle treatments. Deposits will be taken off final price of treatments. A face to face medical consultation is required before any treatments can be undertaken.

If for any reason you are not happy with your treatment, please verbalise your concerns to your practitioner, complaints can also be sent by email or letter we aim to reply within 20days of receipt.
